These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Leadlinka Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("LeadLinka", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using leadlinka.co.uk (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
LeadLinka is a UK planning intelligence platform that aggregates, surfaces, and tracks publicly available planning application data from UK local planning authorities. The Service helps:
Planning application data is sourced from local authority planning portals and the GLA Planning Data API, published under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Data accuracy: Planning data is provided as received from public sources. LeadLinka does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify important information with the relevant local planning authority before making decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Both business users and individual consumers may use the Service.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices are exclusive of VAT. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on file on each billing date.
Cancellation: Cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days, unless required by law.
Refunds: We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of your first payment on a paid plan, provided you have not exported data or used API credits. Contact billing@leadlinka.co.uk.
Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' written notice of any price increase. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
LeadLinka offers free tools including the Track Application feature, which allows anyone — without an account — to search for a planning application by address, postcode, or reference number and sign up for status-change email alerts. These features are provided as a public service.
Free tools are subject to fair use. We reserve the right to rate-limit or require account registration if usage is excessive or abusive.
Planning alert emails sent through the free tracking tool are service communications. By signing up for an alert you agree to receive that specific notification. We will not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a free tool sign-up without your separate explicit consent.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Underlying planning application records are public data published under the Open Government Licence v3.0. LeadLinka's proprietary elements — including the lead-scoring system, feed personalisation algorithm, visual design, and software — are the exclusive intellectual property of Leadlinka Ltd, protected by UK and international copyright law.
You retain ownership of any data you upload to your profile. By providing profile data, you grant LeadLinka a limited licence to use it solely to personalise your experience on the platform.
The Service may help users locate publicly available contact information for planning agents and applicants (for example, by linking to council planning portal pages). You are solely responsible for ensuring any outreach to such contacts complies with applicable law, including PECR and the Data Protection Act 2018. LeadLinka is not liable for any use you make of contact information obtained through the Service.
API access is available on Enterprise plans under a separate API Licence Agreement. API usage is subject to rate limits and fair-use policies. Unauthorised use, or usage exceeding plan limits, may result in suspension and additional charges.
The Service integrates with Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other third-party services. Your use of those features is subject to their respective terms. LeadLinka is not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or applicable UK law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leadlinka Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any third-party rights; or (c) any outreach or marketing you conduct using information obtained via the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund on paid plans. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. On deletion, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
LeadLinka is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, natural disasters, or government action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will give at least 14 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may close your account without penalty.
